Maria Case
Founder & CEO – Kompashion | Co-Founder – Farmers Insurance Case Agency
“There are lots of ups and downs in life’s journey; we can embrace every moment and realize that each step is not only possible, but can be enjoyable and meaningful as well.”
A visionary entrepreneur with a heart for community impact, Maria Case leads two purpose-driven organizations. As the founder of Kompashion, she channels her personal experiences into creating meaningful support systems for those facing life’s challenges. Alongside her role at Kompashion, Maria co-founded the Farmers Insurance Case Agency, where she helps protect families and businesses through comprehensive insurance solutions.
Entrepreneurial Journey:
- Founder & CEO, Kompashion
- Co-Founder, Farmers Insurance Case Agency
- Mental Health Advocate
- Community Leader
Her journey to founding Kompashion began through personal experience with life’s profound challenges. After experiencing an ectopic pregnancy in 2019 followed by severe depression, she discovered firsthand how crucial compassionate support can be during life’s darkest moments. Growing up in a Latino family that exemplified unconditional giving, Maria witnessed her parents open their home to those struggling with addiction and saw her father’s dedication to serving others while supporting her mother through schizophrenia.
Personal Mission: Inspired by her parents’ example of boundless compassion and her own healing journey, Maria founded Kompashion to help others feel less alone during their darkest moments. She believes that often it’s not about whether people care—it’s about knowing how to be there for each other.
