CURATED CUSTOM GIFTS FOR EMOTIONAL WELLNESS

With a little bit of compassion, embracing each step of the healing journey is possible.

Gifting compassion one box at a time

Kompashion is a Latina-founded nonprofit community (501c3) on a mission to bring more compassion to the world. Through our curated gift boxes, wellness events, and mental health resources, we aim to bring together families and friends who are feeling lost or struggling with mental illness.

Going through physical and emotional trauma can be secluding. You want to heal, but often, it’s easier to push the pain away or overcompensate as if nothing is wrong rather than to talk about what you are going through.

Whether you are struggling or have a loved one who is, we strive to make the healing journey a little easier by lovingly curating items that offer encouragement and kindness. Our mission is to walk alongside you, offering support and resources to help you navigate these challenging times.

How it works

Step 1: Choose your gift.

Experience self-compassion as you choose the perfect box to celebrate your journey through pampering and love.

Step 2: Share compassion.

Each box has a gift of compassion that you can share with a friend or loved one to start a meaningful conversation.

Step 3: Heal together.

As you bravely open up in a new way, moving forward takes place, and the world becomes a bit brighter.

A message from our founder

My name is Maria Case, and I founded Kompashion to offer unwavering support to those struggling with mental health. The journey to creating Kompashion was deeply personal, born out of my own struggles with physical and emotional trauma.

For years, I faced the overwhelming challenges of healing alone, often feeling isolated and misunderstood. This experience opened my eyes to the profound need for a support system that acknowledges the pain and celebrates the courage it takes to seek help.

Kompashion is more than just a nonprofit; it is a lifeline for those who feel unseen in their struggles. Join me on our mission to bring more compassion into this world.

“We’re grateful to Maria at Kompashion for encouraging us to get support while we underwent cancer treatment. We are cancer free now but we still use the tools we learned from Kompashion regularly.”
